tantalizing life.....

I was leaning against a wall

On the other side the sea was roaring

And each time the waves splashed

The whole world seemed to shudder

Sometimes the waves mounted the wall

And drenched me

I strived to flee

Breaking invisible fetters

But my efforts turned futile

And my strength faded

Out of blue you materialized

With an air of love and serenity

You were smiling

And it appeased me

I believed it would pacify the sea

I waited for you to offer me your hands

Wondering how beautiful life is

But suddenly you turned your face

And strode away from me

I called out your name

But you didnt give ears to my wail

I mourned till you were out of sight

Tears washed away all sour memoriesI

lay there waiting for the wall to collapse

Realizing that the abyss is where all my hopes are
